2026 Parent/Child Dedication

Please complete this form for your family's involvement in the Parent/Child Dedication on Father's Day 2026 (June 21st).

Please, mark your calendar to attend the required Parent/Child Dedication Class on Sunday, June 7th from 6-7:30pm.  KidZone & GSM will take place during that time at Grace.
